2, the crane hook must be sensitive, rope drum, broken rope safety device, must have a valid ultra limit, amplitude limit, walking limit, torque limiter, the cab lifting stopper, etc., up ladder due retainer.

3, the crane driver must be familiar with the operation of the performance of construction crane, operated by crane to relevant regulations, it is strictly prohibited illegal operations. Should be familiar with the mechanical maintenance, repair knowledge, according to the provisions of the machinery for routine maintenance. It is particularly worth mentioning is that second-hand crane during maintenance should also check their useful life is in line with the provisions of the specification and the relevant departments.

4, the crane driver before the job should lift rail tongs, remove obstacles on the track, tighten the screws splints; hanging should be checked again before use.

5, crane personnel in the job, it should open the cab window, pay attention to traffic signals; cab heating in winter, there should be fire, electric shock measures.

6, after passing the acceptance test the crane installation can be put into use. Do not use without the acceptance or non-acceptance of the crane.

7, crane rail travel to near the limit switch, should slow down in advance parking; signal is unknown or may cause an accident, you should pause operation.

8, when more than one tower crane joint operation, should pay attention to maintaining the respective operating distance.

9, when the object lifting ban on the article station or for processing.

10, when lifting someone can not lower the boom to stay or walk, the boom, the object must be kept a safe distance from overhead wires; lifting must adhere to the "do not hang ten" safe operating regulations.
